All orders over $100 are shipped FREE of charge via UPS / USPS.
Please note the Shipping Times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times. Shipping delays can and do occur occasionally that are not within our control.
Order Shipment Notification & Package Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped out you will receive an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include the tracking number to track delivery with UPS.
Where we ship
We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the 48 Contiguous United States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska & Canada, addresses can also be made but they do not qualify for our free shipping terms.
UPS will make three attempts to deliver your package to the provided address, and after the third attempt the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed for the items, less a 15% undeliverable fee.
We are not responsible for UPS, weather, or any other unforeseen shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience due to shipping delays beyond our control.
Changing an Address on an Order
Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame before it ships. Once an order has shipped we can’t change the order or the address.
How to Cancel an Order
Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame where we are actually able to cancel, so we can’t guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after being placed.
Should cancellation not be possible, you can refuse delivery of the package, and a refund less a 15% fee will be issued upon return receipt of the package.
You can return you product(s) up to 14 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase, if possible. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 days. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
The warranties below applies to the original owner and product purchased directly through us at CascadeIndustries.com. If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace at our discretion. Damaged handles, latches, and gaskets can all be replaced and will be supplied at no charge in the case of any factory defect. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted. Sorry we do not warranty the ice holding times as there are many variances which could increase or decrease the ice retention period (how much ice used, temperature and how long it is left open). Independent test at 70deg and a 50-70% ice fill rate shows an average ice retention of up to 7-10 days. For maximum ice retention we recommend pre-cooling drinks etc. before using cooler. This way the ice is not wasted cooling the product and is used for keeping it cool,
To request parts you must have original receipt or purchase agreement and must have a return authorization number from Cascade Industries.
