Where are your coolers made?
Engineered and some assembly in the USA at our facility located in Washington State. Like other major competitors, Cascade Coolers products are mainly assemble at our factories in China to provide the consumers with some of the lowest pricing.
What's the quality of your coolers?
Our coolers are some of the best on the market. They are manufactured utilizing one-piece seamless rotational molded construction. From the one-piece seamless construction to the ultra-thick insulation and commercial gasket. High end bearing wheels on our larger sizes and military grade non-slip bottoms.
What is a Roto Molded cooler?
Roto molded coolers are made to keep ice cold for a very long time and keep your perishables protected from forest creatures. Roto Molded Coolers can uphold to very high degree of abuse, including being handled roughly by grizzly bears.
How long will your coolers hold ice?
Our coolers can hold ice up to 10 days. This greatly depends on the temperature, ice fill rate and how many times the cooler is opened.
Can I use dry ice in my cooler?
Yes, our coolers are dry-ice compatible.
How do I clean my hard / soft cooler?
Generally using dish soap and warm water will get you cooler clean. However for those more stubborn stains and problems with odors, you can use a solution of warm water and bleach
How do I clean my Cascade Tumbler?
Our stainless drinkware is designed to go into the dishwasher but we suggest a good hand washing to retain its colors. Wash thoroughly before initial use. Do NOT place in freezer. Do NOT place in microwave. Use caution, beverages will remain hot for several hours.
Does Cascade Industries offer custom logo products and services?
Yes we offer full custom logo service on most drinkware, rotomolded coolers and softpack coolers. Please use the contact us form and include the type and size of the product you are interested in customizing.
What is the Cascade Coolers warranty policy?
We offer a 1 year warranty on or hard and soft sided coolers. 90 Days on our tumblers and or drink ware. This warranty is your exclusive warranty and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description contained here. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable and only applies if purchased directly from the Cascade Coolers website.
