Returns:

1. You may return most new, unopened items sold by Cascade Industries within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Contact us first for approval.

2. We must be notified immediately upon receipt of any damaged items/s. If we are not notified immediately upon receipt of the damaged item/s, we will not be able to exchange the item.

3. A 15% restocking fee and original shipping will be deducted from any refund on returned orders. Items may be listing as FREE shipping but we paid a shipping fee to send the item to you, wasn't FREE to us.

4. If item is returned to us because the customer was not available to sign for the package, a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping fee will be charged.

Warranty Policy:

The warranties below applies to the original owner and product purchased directly through us at CascadeIndustries.com. If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace at our discretion. Damaged handles, latches, and gaskets can all be replaced and will be supplied at no charge in the case of any factory defect. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted. Sorry we do not warranty the ice holding times as there are many variances which could increase or decrease the ice retention period (how much ice used, temperature and how long it is left open). Independent test at 70deg and a 50-70% ice fill rate shows an average ice retention of up to 10 days.  

To request parts you must have original receipt or purchase agreement and must have a return authorization number from Cascade Industries.
